Trekking Hua Ma Cave - Thac Bac Waterfall (3 Days - 2 Nights)


New cement steps have been built outside and inside Hua Ma Cave, paving an easy way for travelers to stroll up and down the new tourist destination in Ba Be National Park in the northern province of Bac Kan. Hua Ma in Quang Khe Commune is ranked among the most beautiful and interesting caves in the national park because of its magnificent stalactites and the legend that has been told for generations.

Day 1: Ha Noi - Ethnic Culture Museum - Ba Be Lake

Day 1: Ha Noi - Ethnic Culture Museum - Ba Be Lake (L, D)
In the morning we depart to Ba Be, a national park 240 km north of Hanoi. This beautiful region covers more than 23000 ha and boasts waterfalls, rivers, deep valleys, lakes and caves. On the way to Ba Be you will visit the museum of the Cultures of Vietnam’s Ethnic groups in Thai Nguyen. This museum is home to a wide array of colorful exhibits, representing the fifty hill tribes in Vietnam. Then we arrive in Ba Be we will have a boat ride on the lake to Bo Lu village, a village of the Tay minority people. We will stroll around the village and visit one of the Tay families to learn about their culture.
Overnight in a local house in Bo Lu village.

Day 2: Trekking Hua Ma Cave - Thac Bac Waterfall (B, L, D)

8.30Am after breakfast. Tour guide will take you on a trek to Pac-Ngoi village walk along the stream edge to view other village in the Quang Khe area to see local people grow rice, corn on their field and
visit Hua Ma cave one of the most beautiful cave in Northern Vietnam. Lunch prepared willing at the local restaurant. Continue trek onto Thac Bac waterfall, a wildly waterfall in the Ba Be area. You can swim there if it hot. Come back your homestay at 5.00 pm.

Day 3: Ba Be Lake - Ha Noi (B, L)
Today, you will have three hours boat trip on Ba Be lake, visit Fairy pond, An Ma temple and Widow island. Say good bye with friendly local people that it should be sad when we have to come back to Hanoi. Looking for some souvenirs before leaving. Arriver Hanoi at 5.00Pm

- 24 - 30 km trek on Day 2.
